This website
This website has no contact forms, no sign-up, no advertising cookies, and no analytics tools. Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Information you send me
When you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, such as your name, business name, ZIP code, and type of business.
Information from clients
If you become a client, I also handle information needed to provide the service, such as:
- Business details for your Google Business Profile, ads, Nextdoor posts, and landing page
- Access that you grant me to your Google and Nextdoor accounts
- Reports and statistics from those platforms
- Call tracking data, if your plan includes it (for example, call time, call length, and caller number). Calls are not recorded.
- Messages sent through a landing page form, if your plan includes one
- Billing records
How I use information
- To reply to your messages and prepare the free check
- To provide and report on the service
- To send invoices and keep billing records
- To meet legal obligations
Sharing
I do not sell or rent your information. I share it only when needed to provide the service (for example, with Google, Nextdoor, call tracking, email, and payment providers), or when required by law.
Retention
I keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When you stop the service, I remove my access to your accounts.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing sales@sololocalads.com. Some records may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
Children
This website and service are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
I may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
